September 8, 2025 is Star Trek Day.  Gene Roddenberry was the creator of the original Star Trek, sixty-one years ago in 1964.  

Star Trek didn’t exactly hit warp speed when it was first released.  However the series did gain a faithful fanbase.  That fanbase helped to mind-meld with the networks and revive the series.  Eventually, the series did spark the impulse engines among producers and Sci-Fi fans.  

Several series and movies later Star Trek has boldly entertained fans for generations.  Star Trek is a benchmark for Sci-Fi success and even without a Tri-corder, the readings  indicate future Star Trek adventures will continue.

Star Trek day is here and it would be most logical if we would celebrate by beaming down an episode or two.
